- 400 g russet potatoes
- 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1/8 tablespoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of granular sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon of brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon of chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
Instructions
- Rinse the potato well from water & pat them to dry using a The paper towel
- Spread potato strips on a tray & drizzle the olive oil and add a pinch of salt. Coat them with olive oil & salt.
- Pop the greased Russet potatoes inside the air fryer.
- Set the temperature at 399 degrees & cook the fries for about 24 minutes.
- While the french fries are cooking, start preparing the Wingstop seasoning.
- Combine granular sugar, garlic powder, black pepper,brown sugar, paprika, chili, and salt in a bowl.
- When the fries are complete then throw them in the small bowl.
- Toss the fries to coat them with the Wingstop seasoning & Serve it hot on the table.
