Ingredients
  

  • 6 red bell peppers
  • 4 garlic garlic cloves, minced
  • 100 g Salt and pepper
  • 1 Jar Excellent Italian anchovies
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Italian Parsley
  • 1/4 cup Fresh basil
  • 100 ml Excellent olive oil
  • 100 g Excellent balsamic vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Blister & blacken the peppers while roasting them. To achieve this, cook them over an open flame.
  • Close the brown paper bag with charred peppers & steam them.
  • After 15 minute's peel the peppers & removing the seeds and ribs.
  • Use a bag to catch trash & contain the mess cut peppers into 1 strips.
  • Using a pretty serving bowl, stack peppers, salt, garlic, anchovies, & pepper, and then dress with olive oil & balsamic vinegar.
  • Marinate for at least an hour & Serve warm.
