- 4 Pieces Chicken breast
- 1/4 Tsp Marjoram
- 1/4 Tsp Garlic powder

- 1/4 cup Dry marsala wine
- 1 Slice Prosciutto
- 8 Ounces Mushroom
- 2 Tsp Shallots
- 1/2 Cup Butter
- 2 Tsp Garlic
- 1 Tsp Parsley
- 1 Cup Chicken stock
- 2 Tsp Cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp Heavy cream
- For Marsala Sauce
- Melt the butter and fry the prosciutto
- Add mushrooms, onions and garlic.
- Add the wine to the dry Mers and boil for 30 seconds. Add black pepper.
- Mix the corn starch into the chicken stock.
- Add the sauce to the chicken stock.
- Sprinkle parsley and turn off the heat.
- For Chicken Spice
- Preheat the grill.
- Mix the ingredients in a bowl.
- Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil. Dip them in the mixture.
- Grill them and serve them all with Marsala sauce.
